We provide sector-specific support, training, and resources to ensure inclusive hiring strategies are successful and sustainable in your community. There is no cost to participate in the project for qualifying businesses.

THE ONTARIO DISABILITY EMPLOYMENT NETWORK (ODEN) is pleased to offer a two-hour online professional development session designed to help organizations strengthen disability awareness, build confidence, and advance inclusive workplace practices.

This session is designed for HR professionals, employers of all sizes, DEIA specialists, talent acquisition teams, people leaders, and others responsible for building inclusive and effective workplaces. Participants who complete the session will receive a Certificate of Participation. This Professional Development is pre-approved for two (2) HRPA CPD Hours, under Section A.
Build your disability awareness knowledge, earn continuing professional development hours through HRPA and learn real world insights from a Mark Wafer, a business owner with decades of experience as an inclusive employer.
