Welcome to OCTC
Transforming Workplaces Through Disability Inclusive Hiring
The Ontario Corporate Training Centre (OCTC) is a project designed to empower business with the tools, knowledge, resources, and confidence needed to embrace disability inclusive hiring, and foster diverse workplaces. This project will improve workplace inclusion across Ontario.

OCTC is not just a project; it is a collaboration. We bring together businesses and Employment Service Providers (ESPs) to educate, create lasting connections and increase job opportunities for people who have a disability. We provide sector-specific support, training, and resources to ensure inclusive hiring strategies are successful and sustainable in your community.
The four sectors we support:
- Manufacturing
- Healthcare
- Hospitality and Tourism
- Skilled Trades
Supported by the Ontario Disability Employment Network (ODEN) and funded by the Government of Canada, this project will foster strength-based collaborations and transform the employment landscape for people who have a disability. There is no cost to participate in the project for qualifying businesses.
