The study, incorporating an intersectional approach, highlights the voices of Trans and Queer leaders from marginalized backgrounds, including people who have a disability, revealing barriers hindering career progression. The findings underscore opportunities for enhancing talent retention, leadership pipeline development, and upper-level recruitment often overlooked in diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
