Born To Be Bold Interim Findings Report
Using a cross-sectoral approach, this project unovered ways to break down the barriers women and gender-diverse people face in attaining full labour market access. The preliminary findings of this phase of research are shared in this interim report, which identifies numerous barriers and four recommended promising practices for increasing women’s access to gainful employment.

Closing the Gender Gap: A Roadmap to Equitable Employment, An Employer-to-Employer Leadership Lab
This event was intended to build capacity, share expertise, and highlight employers’ efforts to create equitable work environments. Employers attending this event were hoping to implement effective practices that address some of the most prevalent challenges that women and gender-diverse people encounter in obtaining and keeping employment, as well as growing and flourishing at work.

Synergy: Workforce Development for Vulnerable Women to Succeed
This national participatory research and knowledge mobilization project aimed at advancing gender equity in the Canadian labour market and addressing the unique challenges women and equity deserving groups face in accessing gainful employment. YWCA Canada and participating Member Associations, with support from the Future Skills Centre (FSC), identified and implemented community-based strategies for enhancing resilience and inclusion in the Canadian workforce.
