The Ontario Disability Employment Network is a proud partner and collaborator in the continuous development of the REAL Xchange Knowledge Transfer and Translation Network (KTT); a dynamic and robust support for agencies and organizations across several Human Service sectors in Ontario and beyond.

The KTT Network presents an impactful solution to the challenge of innovative projects with final outcomes and learnings often siloed to privately submitted final reports. Lack of knowledge transfer creates inefficiencies obstructing agencies from benefitting from proven practices and findings. By establishing a “centralized information highway” of resources, collaborations, and knowledge exchange, the KTT Network enables research, tools and promising practices to be organized and shared.
