Disability Awareness and Confidence Training for Executive Leadership

June 19, 2025

As Northern Ontario’s economy continues to grow, many businesses are still grappling with how to attract and retain the talent they need. Despite a projected 20% economic expansion over the next two decades, 40% of regional employers report ongoing labour shortages, with some of the highest vacancy rates in the country (Ontario Economic Report, 2025; Conference Board of Canada, 2025).

In this changing landscape, disability inclusion can be a powerful workforce strategy. Businesses that are intentional about disability inclusive hiring experience a 72% increase in productivity (Accenture, 2018), and are 8x stronger in retention (Deloitte, 2019).

Join us on June 19 for Disability Awareness and Confidence Training for Executive Leadership, designed for executive leaders, business owners, and HR professionals. This is an opportunity to learn and connect with disability inclusion experts and local businesses to support your business growth. At the end of the session, you will receive Disability Awareness and Confidence Training for Executive Leadership certificate of completion.
