Disability Inclusion in the Workplace Leadership Summit
–
novembre 18, 2025
Across Bruce, Grey, Huron, and Perth counties, employers are facing a paradox: business and population growth on one side and deep labour shortages on the other. Regional vacancy rates remain among the highest in the province (Ontario Economic Report, 2025), with nearly 41% of employers reporting ongoing hiring challenges.
In this shifting labour landscape, disability inclusion is a workforce strategy. Businesses that embrace disability inclusive hiring report a 72% increase in productivity (Accenture, 2018), and are 8x stronger in innovation, customer service, and retention (Deloitte, 2019).
On November 18th, join us for the Workplace Leadership Summit on Disability Inclusion designed for executive leaders, business owners, and decision makers in Georgian Bay communities. This is an opportunity to learn and connect with local business leaders and disability inclusion experts to support your business growth.
This event is for business leaders and owners within the healthcare, manufacturing, skilled trades, or hospitality sectors.
