Hamilton-Niagara Lunch & Learn: Reimagining Workplaces Through Disability Inclusion

mars 18, 2025

According to the 2024 Ontario Economic Report by the Ontario Chamber of Commerce, 39% of businesses in Hamilton-Niagara are experiencing a labour shortage. At the same time, Glassdoor’s 2020 Diversity & Inclusion Workplace Survey found that 70% of job seekers prefer to work for companies that actively demonstrate their commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI)—positioning those businesses as employers of choice.

In today’s competitive job market, inclusive hiring is a strategic advantage. On March 18th, join us for a business networking lunch focused on disability inclusive hiring to address your labour needs, rethink recruitment, and build a more disability inclusive workforce.
